REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At UDARKIE, we aim for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact our customer service team at orders@udarkie.co.za to obtain a return authorization. You must return the item(s) in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for a different size, subject to availability.

If the incorrect size was selected when placing the order, an R160 exchange fee will apply. This covers the collection of the original item. If the incorrect size was sent due to an error on our side, UDARKIE will cover the exchange costs. All items must be returned in their original condition and meet our return requirements. To request an exchange, customers will need to provide their order number and the size they would like to exchange for.
